I've had quite a few partners who gladly received oral but would not give it. I've had only one partner who would give but receiving did nothing for him, so he never wanted anyone to give him head. As far as the ones who wouldn't give oral, I don't know how much of it had to do w/their age (40s and 50s). However, I would rather give it than receive it, so it didn't make that much difference to me.
