The problem with the theory (let's face it, there's no actual proof) that his previous charges influenced this case is that there's nobody in this country old enough to be on a jury that hasn't at least heard of is past. Most actually watched and followed what was going on with the murder charges. As for the race thing.......all men are created equal. So the race thing shouldn't have anything to do with it and in my opinion should not be grounds for an appeal. Then again, I also don't know the facts of the case.....so I could be wrong.
