SexKitten - I realise how hard it is to let go of the guilt, but I really don't see what you did wrong. Everyone has times of stress in their lives, and being pregnant is an INCREDIBLY stressful experience in itself. Especially for one so young. Fussy and I moved house when I was 8 weeks pregnant and let me tell you that buying and selling houses, packing boxes and planning a move while working full time is a very stressful experience, but not enough in itself to put my baby in danger.
I honestly don't believe that doing yoga etc would have made a difference in this pregnancy. What might help next time around, is planning it, taking folic acid for at least three months beforehand and making sure you eat a healthy diet, to give your body the building blocks it needs to create a new healthy life.
Sometimes you just have to accept that horrible horrible things happen to good people who don't deserve it. There's no rhyme or reason to it and there's no one to blame.
You don't have to forget the baby you lost or even stop hurting because you lost it, but in time you will need to "forgive" yourself so that you can move on and not let it ruin your chances of future happiness. There's no timescale on this though...it will happen in time.
