All the usual things, lots of good lube, etc. It helps to prepare yourself by inserting something smaller and smooth first to help you "open up."

One thing that might help is to have him lay on his back and lube him up (and yourself) really well, then kneel over him and ease back onto his cock. That way, you control how fast it slides into your ass. If you start to feel a little pain, just ease off it for a minute and then continue.

Try to figure out what your mental block is.
