I've had quite a few partners who gladly received oral but would not give it. I've had only one partner who would give but receiving did nothing for him, so he never wanted anyone to give him head. Ok, I basically have the opposite problem where I will go down on my wife at the drop of her panties. However, she has never given me a start to beginning blowjob. Let me explain my feelings.
