i was in a longterm rel (over 7 years) and sex dwindled. for the last 7 months, we never even kissed as bf/gf, it was more like a brother-sister relationship. i think it's only natural that interest in sex, from both the man and woman, lessens as time goes on. i don't think humans are programmed for monogamy at all, the opposite in fact. this makes it a constant struggle to stay happy in a marriage, I bet, where you may really love each other in every respect but can't be that bothered to do the naughty.
perhaps you should voice yr concerns with yr wife and try to remedy it. don't allow it to be pushed under the carpet because eventually you'll have the opportunity to stray and be unfaithful and you will do it. if your wife values fidelity and expects it from you, she must be prepared to address this issue and keep you someway satisfied between the sheets. otherwise, she'll lose you to another. a man, someone once said, needs pussy, and pussy is what he's gonna git.
