it has come to the notice of this office that the term orgy has beenmistakenly used by some staff in there expenses reports to clarify
to comply with e.u. code 13457-b the following must be followed
1 to be classified as an orgy there must be at least five participants
if ther are only four this would be clasifide as a foursum and be code13457-c
2 all partisipent must have sexual intercorse with at least two differant persons
if there is any non partisitation by any one ther code is 13456-a
voyeurism.
also if only one person has sex with all the other participants
this would be under the code 13457-d gang bang
