No, Lil...this doesn't mean you can't call in sick from school. Let the Copy Bitch teach the kids. :rolleyes2

As a house-poor Californian, I am always seeking ways to save money, I bought the store-brand tea bags last time, because they were $4 cheaper and I figured tea was just tea, right???

Well, let's just say that there is absolutely no substitute for Lipton tea. I had to go back to the store and buy it. :hair: High price and all.

What have you recently discovered that has no substitute?

I can't substitute conditioner. I have to use Vive or Fructis. All the others I've tried because they were cheaper leave my hair greasy after a day or don't detangle worth a damn!

I'm trying to switch from regular coffee to decaf and I'm now thinking it would be better to just to give it up altogether.

Good Luck Tess, giving up coffee or switching to decaf would not be an option for me if I am to remain a functioning member of society.

There is no substitute for real life, physical, hot and sweaty, touch-taste-hearing-seeing-feeling Oh-my-gawd-you-have-made-me-explode SEX!

cyber and phone-sex just feels cheap, cheesy, and corny now. masturbation is more like scratching an itch rather than a sexual release.

I loves me all of my Mayhem!!!

I agree with Tess...there's no substitute for coffee. But I had to make the switch to decaf. I don't like very many beverages, so it was especially hard for me.

But it's worth it in the long run.

Hellman's mayonaise. I think it's laced with crack.

KY Warming Gel...need I say more?

Sanford Uni-ball grip pens

and, of course, Pixies. Awwwwwwwwwwww!

Lilith, I agree on Baileys... I ogle the big bottle sitting on my counter daily, alas not so good for the hips.

osuche, AMEN!!! I can't even begin to emphasize how irreplaceable a good boss is.

I bought the store brand Pepsi-type cola today to save a buck - it tastes the same going down but it leaves a weird aftertaste!!! :(

About the only thing that comes to mind at the moment is Velveeta. I've tried making salsa dip with store brands and it was absolutely awful.

Personally, I'd probably volunteer if Osuche decided she needed to force me to do things if she used these! :cuffs:

I'm still thinking about how bailey's affects maddy's hips. I assume it's the cause of the hand shaped red marks on each side? :hot:
