View Full Version : Snappin' Strings...
Heyyyyy,
I gotta question....
While I was with my ex, one night while we were having sex, a snapped my "banjo string".... the length of skin which runs from the foreskin to the tip of the penis....
Each successive time, i broke it a little more, each time, with a fair amount of pain, and blood. I don't know how much is left before it's "totally snapped"....
I'm afraid now if I have sex with another girl, it will happen again....
Someone else must have had this happen.... What can I do? Advice? Comments?
Thanks....!

Go see a doc. Odds are that you'll end up getting circumsised coz the area is very sensitive and if you have already done that much damage they'll just finish it off just to be on the safe side. You won't be able to have sex or masturbate while it is healing.

First...let me say Welcum to Pixies 2Shy!
Second...you've got to get some medical attention hun! Now...or really, really soon. Before any other intercourse encounter, at least.
I'm no expert...but that doesn't sound common, healthy, or painless!
Please have a doc check things out. Maybe he'll/she'll just give you advice...or a minor surgical procedure may be necessary. Either way...better safe than sorry!
Good luck...and please keep us informed!

OK voice of experience here...Bilbo has done this
Extremely painful...and you should not be having sex until it heals
You will not need to be circumcised....but you should go to a doc to ensure no bugs have got in
It bleeds a HELL of a lot eh *L*

It sounds as though you really do need to see a quack, not only for the condition itself,
but also any open wound on your oldfellow is an open invitation for all sorts of bugs for you
and your partner.
If you opt not to see a quack, I suspect you will become very dependent on condoms.
Thanks heaps for everyones advice....
Having read more into it, I found the website http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/ate/sexandrelationships/malesexproblems/200627.html
Which leads me to another issue, which, if there's anyone here from the wonderland land of aus might be able to help me with....
I'm 19. If I need that procedure, to prevent any future problems, I'm not keen to let anyone, let alone my olds know about it....
Does anyone know if medicare can cover the procedure?
Thanks again for everyones help!

Hey dude, well why don't you ask your doc if medicare covers it?
Ok your 19. Look little dude, with this sort of thing you will more than likely have to let your parents know. Hey just remember that your dad was a little dude once as well and I am sure he'd understand. He may have a quiet laugh to himself, but it would be best to tell him.
I can tell you as a parent myself, that the best thing you can do is tell them about your little problem. I know it's embarassing but it beats trying to give them a long explaination.
Another thing, parents have a knack for knowing if their kids are um er having "fun" if you get my meaning. If your parents aren't tight about these issues then you shouldn't have a problem.

Mark, I hardly think that 19 categorizes him as a "little dude", since you're only 27.
If he doesn't want to tell his parents, he has every right not to. If the laws there are the same as they are here, he is a legal adult. :) I know I wouldn't want my parents to know something like that. If NOT, though, 2shy you probably do need to tell your parents. I mean, they cant shoot you ;)
2shy, the best thing you can probably do is just see your doctor, see if medicare covers the procedure and go from there. Good luck.

Cherrypie, I was attempting some aussie humour there.^^ He'll get it. He'll also understand the point about telling his parents. Now of course he doesn't have to tell them, I was saying that it would be a good idea to tell them so it saves him from some very lengthy and embarassing explaining.

Before ya go get ahead of yaself here *L*
Who says ya gonna need to be Circumcised or have surgery??? Bilbo cetainly didnt have to....and he ripped it REAL good let me tell ya) Go to the doc then take it from there
Ya certainly do not have to inform your parents, you are after all a legal adult, we dont tell our parents everything thats for sure *LOL* and your doctor will more than likely know what, if any, other costs are covered by medicare
Ok your 19. Look little dude... ---> It's all good! ;-)
To Sharni, I thank you, you're right, as far as I can see, as usual. I'll go and see the doc.... and take it from there. No point in getting ahead of myself....
Thanks heaps to everyone else also!
