not in the mood
I am really not in any mood now. Would you girls accept me as I am? What would you boys think when you are not in the mood?
Perhaps I should post this in the advice section

What is it your not in the mood for? Taking pics or something else? Why aren't you in the mood? I know I am not because I am very tired today? Are you tired? Working to hard? Perhaps feeling under the weather?
I am willing to accept you. But how long do you think this mood problem will last?

Well that would depend. Do you have a reason for not being in the mood? Is it a recent occurance? Do you think you will be in the mood tomorrow?
I say if its a random thing then don't have sex. But if its something that is ongoing then you need to see a doctor.
Sex is about give and take and sometimes we do it even if we don't want to and sometimes our partners understand.

I suppose it's cause of depression and I do feel I need to see a doc but not that easy for me. I'm afraid it may go chronic LOL

Ah yes...the old "I don't wanna go to the doctor because he might tell me I'm sick" scenario.
Well, the unknown is always more stressful than the known. And stress feeds the problem.

Well said WI
Joys you need to go to the doctor especially when you think you should. It could be something very easy to treat and here you are stressing out for nothing. It is also important to address your depression. Please go to someone that can really help.

I'm sorry, but if my father was the best doctor in North America...I still wouldn't go to him with sexual problems. Hell, they'd probably all be his fault anyway! lmao

You are all correct. I am aware I should do. The fact is, I really do know better what the doc is trying to do and when this comes to be obvious, there can be no solution

WI, no of course I will not go to my father, and I do not think this is a sexual problem. The sexual problems are the result not the cause i think.
The problem is going to a doctor whom you know what he is trying to do and somewhat can't resist to make fun of him deep inside. Hell I wish I couldn't do that

You need to force yourself to be selfish and think about what is best for you, what you know you need, and not think about what the doctor may think of you or you may think of the doctor. Like any physical problem, you need to get checked out and get a medication prescribed that will help.

If you are familiar with the medication and believe you know of one that would work for you, that's great. But do you have access to it (such as samples) without a prescription? Could you get your internist or primary care physician (rather than a psychiatrist) to prescribe it for you? I know we are supposed to be advised by a specialist in the field (in other words, a psychiatrist), but I am glad my internist will prescribe it for me so that I don't have to go to all the trouble of seeing a psychiatrist. Years ago a psychiatrist did order the medication I am presently taking and I have stuck with it since I've always had good results with it. Thus, I don't feel too bad about not getting the prescription for it from a psychiatrist any more.
