I also like the ballet more, but, our civic center has a scrolling bar above the stage that translates the Italian lyrics. The first time we went to an opera (ever) was a delightful experience ... and that almost surprised me.

Black ink. I really don't know why. I guess actually, I don't give it that much thought. When I was a kid, blue ink was the norm ... so black was special ... or so I thought. I guess that stuck with me.
