They were really off with their forecast this morning. It is an absolutely gorgeous day here today. It's about 46F right now and sunny. The air is crisp and clean, it's just absolutely one of the nicest days I can recall us having in January.

Of course, they're saying it's not going to last very long.

It's absolutely brutally cold outside here right now. My thermometer reads at -2F and it's windy as hell. The local news says there's a wind chill factor of -28F and it feels like it. I just went out to warm the car up and DAMN!!!

15F under clear skies. Low tonight is only expected to drop to 12F rising to 31F tomorrow with a chance of snow showers.

Well, it's 12F under mostly cloudy skies. It'll probably drop another few degrees before daybreak, then rise to about 31F with snow flurries or snow showers this afternoon.
