We got lucky with the midwest Ice Storm, it ended about 30 miles west of us. Temps are hanging in the mid 30's last two days.

4-6 inches of snow expected, along with 1/4 inch of ice, and sleet exceeding 1/2 in exptected from Midnight tonight thru Noon Monday.

Schools were already reporting that they would be running 2 hrs late in this part of the state on the 10pm news. Looks like there's a little over an inch of the white stuff on the ground here right now.

33F under cloudy skies right now. There is a winter weather advisory until noon although it looks like the freezing rain is now 30-60 miles east of us. Whew!!
Expect the temperatures to remain fairly steady through the day with some flurries or light snow showers possible. Maybe, though, we dodged the icy bullet they'd predicted.

22F here right now. Looks like we got just barely over 2 inches of snow on the ground here and supposedly another inch at most is all we're to get. Not too bad for our first real snowfall of the season.
