It's been years. I am vegetarian so that's healthy but I have to stay away from carbs. They're my first love! Some days I'll just have fruit and veggies and protein, other days I'll OD on cheese buns.

a few weeks ago. i went to lunch with my mom and ordered a crab cake sandwich. i love a good crab cake but only when it's just crab. when it came out of the kitchen it was the kind with all that crap like corn and peppers in it. yuck, couldn't even eat it
