It was fun to get out last night for a change, but I'm definitely not making it a habit like I used to. My nature is still too weak to resist the hedonistic tractor-beam pull of my vices and temptations.

It's strange and funny to run into a person you slept with over ten years ago, but not remember their face because they look completely different than what you remember. And this is a person who had her period in my bed directly after said fuck, too.*

I just found out that a co-worker of mine died of cancer a few days ago. He was a good guy and it's just bewildering because I just saw dude a few weeks ago and I had no idea he was suffering from anything. Funny how you find out so much about a person after they pass away. He had a pilot's license and was a ranked tennis player. It's making me re-assess myself and my priorities.
