I take my coffee black. I'm supposed to avoid caffeine though so I usually go with decaf. If I get really crazy I'll buy some Hazelnut or Vanilla flavored coffee but I don't put anything in that either.

I'm not particularly well educated on wines but I tend to prefer whites chilled and reds at room temp. Although I prefer a good glass of port to be very cold. Not sure if my tastes are actually "correct" but hey, I calls 'em like I sees 'em.
