It's 38 and overcast skies. Least the wind isn't blowing.

Pretty much the same thing here: 37 degrees and dreary but the wind is blowing a little, about 10 mph. Was really foggy this morning.

35F right now with rain which could amount to one inch. Temps will drop to 32F and rain will switch to a wintry mix and then all snow. High during the day is expected to be only 33F with as much as 6-10 inches of snow accumulating tonight. Then, more snow tomorrow.
Anyone with a shovel is welcome to stop by tomorrow morning to help us dig out.

Yikes ... the forecast is getting worse ...
Right now, freezing rain changing to snow today with 3-5 inches by tonight. Overnight, 6-10 inches more is expected and 2-4 inches again tomorrow. Ya'll come ... and bring shovels.
Sounds like (if they're right) we could get 11-19 inches of the white stuff by tomorrow afternoon with a week of cold weather to hold it on the ground. Burrrrrr.
(Of course, based on other forecasts I've seen in the past ... that may mean we get a light dusting ... )

We got lucky here last night in that we really only had a dusting of snow and a little bit of ice. Southeastern Iowa got the brunt of it I think and well, they sent it straight over to you dicksbro. Sorry bout that.
Right now it's in the mid-teens and sunny. Light breeze that's putting wind chills below 10 degrees.
Supposedly we're only going to get about an inch of snow tonight but the weatherman said that if the front moves at all we could be looking at 6+ inches. I've used that line myself on many a lady.
Yup, looks like winter has begun to settle in.

Overnight we had the freezing rain and a dusting of snow.................now we have the snow. There're also saying a chance of a thunderstorm with snowfall of 1-3 inches an hour. I've watched the temp drop in the last hour from 32 to 31 to 30.
I'm so glad I don't work until Monday.
