Nuclear probably has greater long term potential, but I wonder if other options won't prove to be even better from an ecological point of view.

Lemonade, it's one of my favorites. I rarely drink grapefruit juice. I'll get a craving for it maybe every five years or so. Yet I absolutely love grapefruit.
