I don't profess to be a Whale expert, but I do admit to having a rather long lineage of people who love Whales, so in my feeble mind...that qualifies me to talk rather pseudointellectually about the topic.

And because my body produces sperm, that adds credibility. Just ignore the fact that there no longer exists a direct path for said sperm to vacate in a not so clean and orderly manner, for that's irrellevant simply because it doesn't support my argument.

In addition, though I am NOT a fan of the Prince of Wales, I very much AM a fan of hair that exists to cover moist openings, much like baleen but with a cumpletely different purpose altogether, for I can't imagine ever wanting to lick and nuzzle baleen. Not that there's anything wrong with it.

Therefore, I'm obviously not a gay Whale.

WI, despite the fact that whales lack some of the cuter and more utilitarian aspects of a sheep (who's ever heard of a happy shepherd cuddled with a whale on the side of Ben Rooting?) we must not let out own homocetaciaphobia creep into this.

The fact that it is sooooooooo hard finding a whale who is not just plain downright ugly makes it even more difficult to establish a meaningful and respectful liaison.

"Give it to me, big boy" just cannot translate from click and whistle talk with any accuracy, again poisoning any possible relationship.

Yesterday on the local news there was a story about gray whales being spotted in the Sound, a place normally inhabited by only Orcas. For the life of me, I could have sworn the man said there had been gay whales spotted in the Sound.......I'll never be able to see a whale again without thinking of this thread

Could it be all the whalesongs they heard were Broadway showtunes, leading them to believe they were gay whales?

It might be hard to save the whales if the population has gone gay don't you think? Then again, there is one whale out there that is dedicated to ensuring the species isn't going to be totally extinct.
