So that means it's over this year, right?
I think the groundhog saw his shadow a few days ago and now you have 6 more weeks of basketball.

The real MVPs of that game are the officiating staff who handed the win to the Pittsburgh.

I wondered if it was just me that thought the entire officiating staff was paid off by Bettis. 3 major penalties that were bad calls and were upheld on the field ensured that the 'Hawks would lose.

That's not whining, it's the truth.

Damn Aqua, I wondered if anybody besides me thought that. It really upsets me to see a fine matchup marred by poor officiating.

The officiating did rot... I'm still convinced the Rothlisberger TD was not so much a TD. And the call on Hasslebeck's tackle.... whatever the rotten call was that caused a 10 or 15 yd penalty... that one rotted too.

There was actually plenty of bad performances all around, with turnovers, dropped passes, sloppy play (not to mention Seattle's horrible time management at the end of the 1st half), but the zebras looked more like horses' asses out there...Holmgren was so busy cussing out the officials at the half he forgot he was supposed to talk to the reporter first...
