Well, I don't have "mental health" days. Hell, I don't even get sick days. But I *have* called in "sick" because I couldn't take the crap that day.
I've never quit one job without having another lined up nearby.

I've left a job on principles before. Kind of a rash decision, but if I stayed then I would've been going along with it.

I've used piercing words, unfortunately, if that counts. Probably pierced some hearts that way.
