I have the same problem and a hot shower and "get the hell away from them" typically helps (much to Pack's dismay)...I also have slept in a sports bra those nights (if its really bad) to keep them supported.

So if you figure something out that works...I am all ears (or eyes in this case).

Howdy there folks, I was going to make my own topic, but saw this one here, recently by girlfriend has been complaiing that her breasts are really sensitive and they hurt alot whenever touched or even brushed against, this has been going on for about a week and seems to be getting worse (at least from the complaints I"m hearing). First thing I would do if I were her is a pregnancy test. I'd never suffered with sore or achy boobs before becoming pregnant and that was the earliest sign of my first pregnancy. I was in agony from around one week after conception.

Not sure what else to suggest, apart from cabbage leaves, but I'd certainly rule out or confirm the possibility of pregnancy by peeing on a stick before going to the doctor
