Happy Birthday, Scarecrow!
 
Standing in the cornfields,
Not many miles from here,
Is the symbol of the prarie,
Decked in straw and with a beer.
Smokin' on a corncob pipe,
And scarin' off the crows,
He's the emblem of the heartland,
Who we all do surely know.
Well today that fearless someone,
Has a very special day,
He's celebrating all the years,
That have come and gone his way.
It's our Scarecrow from the heartland,
A Pixie through and through,
And we're wishin' him a happy one,
And that's no foolin', too.
