I used to work for Ben and Jerry's at one time, and I totally agree with you Lilith...4 servings my ass!! I asked my supervisor once how they came up with what a serving portion was and guess what? he couldn't tell me cause he didn't even know!! My viewpoint is this, if you dont have anyone looking over your shoulder eat all that you want and call it a serving...I wont tell!! Well see I think they do a survey and see how many calories, fat grams etc.. that people think is an okay amount for ice cream, then they say hmmm....so if we figure out how many calories/fat grams/sugars are actually in here we can just divide till we get that other number...hehe I keep waiting for a really rich ice cream to say 20 Servings on it :lust:
