1. I still have 2 papers to write. I had a homemaking frenzy-otherwise lazy day yesterday (damn it!)

2. Because of #1 I will likely leave work "early" -- which is any time before 7:30 pm

2. I nearly forgot today why I do what I do for a living and hate myself for nearly forgetting

3. I realized today that all my efforts for the past year to try and show one of my subordinates how an effective manager should act has fallen on deaf ears.....I caught him with his hand still on the knife in my back!

Worked sucked and I was only there four hours!

I made 7 stops and put 93 miles on the car today trying to do 4 errands of which I got 1 accomplished.

It’s still a pisser for somebody that use to fill up the gas tank on a 3,000 lbs. car for $8.50 to get 11 gals. for $30.

I added one stop to my itinerary and spent the last 3.5 hours at a little jazz club I haven’t visited for long time.
