True. With almost 300,000 miles on my 97' Mitsubishi Diamante and it still getting 30 MPG on the highway, it's hard not to be happy with it. Still even looks pretty good.

True. I manage a portfolio of commercial real estate that totals slightly more than a million square feet. And I work part time for our town as a board clerk/videographer for town meetings.
