More Reservation Information
We double checked today ...
1. Cancellations to reservations can be done but must happen at least 24-hours before the first date of your reservation. In other words, if your reservation is for the night of the 10th and 11th ... the cancellation would have to be done before 2PM on the 9th (2PM is the check in time). This might allow those who are still debating or waiting for circumstances to "clear up" before making a reservation to go ahead and reserve the room ... and then if, heaven forbid, something happens and you can't make it ... you can still call and cancel without penalty. Big benefit is that we get the rooms near each other and are able to lock in the favorable group rate.
2. Credit cards are not billed until the date of the reservation.
3. Use of a credit card allows you to 'confirm for late arrival." This holds your reseration until later in the evening in the event you are concerned you can't arrive earlier in the day.
