Anything for ratings, true. Honestly though, if that were on TV here in the states it would have enormous viewership.

I don't think it's that big of a deal really. If I were the father I would be pissed off to all hell if I wasn't allowed to be present for the birth, but other than that it will quickly fade from memory once it happens and the child will most likely only hear anything about it if they ever do a flashback show or he gets into a run in with the law later on in life.
