Again, thanks to all of you. About 4 hours and I'll meet the surgeon and find out what's next and what the schedule's going to be. Will let you all know as soon as I get home. I'm betting Monday will be the day and I've heard then it'll be a few weeks before I'm really back to being able to sit up and be at the computer. I'll tell you what they say.
Again, thank you.

Dicksbro~ Madame Lilith here......I have looked into your future, (see it'll be ok you got a future coming )and see many great orgasms from all the sexy Pixies women. You will have a tough couple of weeks but after that it's all moaning and spunk
Don't be afraid...You have been spared the pain and risks involved had you had a heart attack or stroke, you are in great shape (I have seen ), so someone has been watching over you and protecting you thus far...why would they stop now? Sending positive vibes and thoughts of peace and comfort to be with you on such a scary day.

Hi, everyone,
Back from the surgeons. My bypass surgery will be next Turesday (19th) morning at 8AM. I’ll check into the hospital at 6AM for pre-op preparation. Surgery will last from 4-6 hours. I’ll involve opening the chest cavity along the sternum. The surgeon will very likely use an artery from the left arm to take care of the blockage bypass. Surgery has a very high survival rate, but I’ll still ask for your prayers (or good thoughts). Will be in the hospital from 3 to 5 days.
He, the surgeon, said younger people tend to be nearer three days and older people nearer the five day figure. Ahem. He said that 59 is considered young. How about that … he thinks an ol’ geezer like me is young. Like the man already.
This means I’ll likely be home again between Friday and Monday barring something unforeseen. After I get home, I expect up to a couple of months of cardiac rehab, but will see a growing ability to resume limited function.
Don’t think I’ll ever be able to express my gratitude for all the love and support you’ve been showing me, but it has been wonderful and very much appreciated. As a sign of that appreciation, you’ll have a free hand at all the smut games without me popping in. I hope you have so much fun, 40 of you will pass my number of posts. I will love reading every one of them when I'm finally able to get back to the computer. Actually, for you ladies, you may just want to post pictures in case I’m having trouble reading. (hee hee)
When I do get home, I may not get to log on and visit with everybody very much for some weeks, but you all will be in my thoughts and prayers. Maybe I can spend the time imagining all the new stories and picture postings.
Anyway, through Monday, I’ll just keep posting away.
Love you all,
Dicksbro

Like I said "young fellow" my good vibes and prayers and such will be with you, and just post up a storm the next few days to give a goal to shoot for.

Digging out my camera so I can get some photos to help you recover...I'm sure reading the tiny words on the screen will be difficult.
I even bet your doctor tells you that at least for the first month, pictures ONLY.
I shall oblige.
Best wishes dicksbro...and godspeed! All will be fine.

Pictures only
Seriously, thank you all for your kind words and support. It really has meant a very great deal, and whether or not you're into it, I hope it's okay when I tell you that in my prayers I'm asking God to bless each of you richly for your kindness. You're great people.
Hugs to all
(I knew it'll be pictures only for a while, but had to show the appropriate level of disappointment )

I don't know you, but I'll say a prayer for you. And then, when you're well, I'll get to know you. In the meantime, I hope these prayers/mantras will mean as much to you as they do for me.
Prayer on Behalf of the Sick
O merciful God, we pray for the well-being of all who are ill.
Grant them enduring strength and a sense of Your nearness.
Keep steadfast their faith, and keep them from yielding to despair.
Grant wisdom and dedication to those who strive to bring healing and relief from pain.
Help those who share the anxiety which illness brings with it;
help them to be brave and hopeful.
Grant us courage and confidence, and keep us ever mindful
of all who are afflicted.
Accept our prayers, O Lord, on behalf of all who seek You today.
Praised are You, O Lord, Healer of the sick.
Be Though Made Whole!!
Be thou complete
Clear, active mind,
strong agile feet.
Blood flowing free
To every part
Sound limber joints,
Strong vital heart.
R.M. Greenville
Angel of God, my guardian dear,
to whom God’s love commits me here.
Ever this day, be by my side,
To light, to guard, to rule, and to guide.

With tomorrow being the big day and it very likely I'll be a few weeks away from Pixies, I just wanted to thank all of you one last time for your prayers and good wishes. Ms. Terious, those prayers were very beautiful and my wife and I thank you!
My wife has promised to pass on to Sugarsprinkles the results of the surgery at the first opportunity and she, in turn, has offered to share that news with all of you. SS, God bless you!
Well, not much more to say, I guess. Got all the Pixie jokes and Pixie ladies pictures memorized so that when the doc hears me moan, he'll also have to worry about ducking Bet he's going to wonder how someone can smile during heart surgery and get an erection at the same time WOnder if the AMA will publish pictures in their quarterly newsletter?
Seriously, God bless you all and thanks for being such terrific people!
