On my testicles i have small bumps, there are many of them. Also along the lower part of my shaft. any1 kno what they are?

Don't worry, these are glands and is perfectly normal. If you are worried visit your health centre and they will reassure you. However. if you have had unprotective sex better visit the STD clinic just to be sure.

When will they go away?

I still have mine but they get less pronounced over the years. Don't worry about girlfriends they don't seem to notice them, but if you are self-consious let your public hair grow and refrain from trimming/shaving until your feel more confident about your body. My girlfriends gave me oral sex and it wasn't a problem - just practice good hygiene and wash your gentials daily.
