My cat is sitting in the window...ears pointed down (his directional signals), tail all plumped up...me sitting here at the puter and watching him peripherally, trying to perv...er...make invitations for an upcoming party...

So...I had to look. Had to see what had his attention. I move closer to the window and hear peeping like crazy. I focus through the screen and the cat hisses at me. Ut oh...it's a baby.......something-or-other. Cat doesn't hiss unless I'm stealing his thunder! Hmmmmmm...

I focus better...move closer...and in the grass is a sparrow and she's nudging her baby along. Now...if you don't know...sparrows are about the size of a mouse. The babies are about the size of a silver dollar.

The cat got so pissed off at me that he jumped down with a grunt. Oh well Rocky...just chalk it up to "the one that got away".

I shoulda posted this on the "smile" thread...but it was too long winded!

Do you honestly believe he doesn’t realize that one eye, under the question mark, is looking right at you as he walks away?
