Well, depending on how you feel about it, adding a third person (male or female) to the mix is always fun. At least it has been for us.

Other than that--I would say to try some new and exotic sex toys, perhaps probe the anal question a bit.

Anal question has been probed (not overly though), as for the third person, its not something i (m33) would be interested in although she does seem a bit obesed with swinging! We have some toys but dont use them much.
