Erm....why is the question only 'the first time' she rides a horse?

The answer, I am positive, is that a woman CAN have an orgasm the first, or any subsequent time she rides a horse. But I imagine the first time she rides a horse, she'll be more worried about not falling off than whether or not she gets off!
