Good.Next,multiply it by 80.Add 1.Now multiply your answer by 250.Next add the last four digits of your telephone number to your answer.Add the last four digits one more time.Got it so far? Now substract 250 and divide by 2............... ............................................ .................................................. ...................................... ............................................ Is the answer you got,your telephone number?

y=the last four digits

NO! You are not dumb.European telephone #'s are different.Here we have a 3 digit prefix and 4 digit number.That is why the trick works.
