Alabama sex toys?
Did you guys know this? ?
Alabama Votes Against Legalizing Sex Toys
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Sex toys are still against the law in Alabama, at least as far as the Alabama Legislature is concerned.
The Alabama House voted against a bill Tuesday that would have removed a ban on sexual devices, such as vibrators, from the state's obscenity law. The ban on sexual devices was added at the last minute when the obscenity law passed the Legislature in 1998.
WTF?

I didnt know they were illegal?? OMG Are they going to get a search warrant? LOL.
But I do know that someplaces in the bible belt cant have sex toys or mags shipped to them. Where I live, most places wont ship, but lucky for me some do.

Pierre Trudeau, our late Prime Minister is on record saying that the 'State has no place in the bedroom'. That was in the 70's.

I just read somewhere else today that said SEVERAL states had laws against toys - they said they weren't all Bible belt, either.
What about those innocuous-looking "massagers"?

Yet another reason to love Cali.. most illegal things here actually make some sense. And the one that don't *cough* pot *cough* only have a small fine attached.
Do those states really prosocute for owning sex toys or just selling/displaying them?
"No, that's not a dildo, it a.. umm.. paper weight. Yes. That's it."

LOL A paperweight! Too funny!
On a related note, our Prime Minister has spoken out in favour of legalizing possession of pot, too.
