Revisiting an old issue (warning: politics)
A while back, I had been rating about the current administration's continued trashing of the US Constitution.
In that thread, I made the assertion that the Bushites had done more harm, specifically by more often violating the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution than previous administrations. Jseal called me on this one: this is a measurable act, provided one can dig up the data. To do so would, as I pointed out at the time, take up more of my time and attention than I actually had available to me.
Now, however, asupport for my asertion is coming to light, in what was originally an entirely unrelated issue. Speciifcally, the conviction of Joseph Naccio on insider trading charges in the Qwest Communications scandal.
