Pumpkin Dip
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (or sprinkle of ground dried nutmeg)
Cream together brown sugar and cream cheese with electric mixer. Add
remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with
ginger snaps, vanilla wafers and graham crackers.
