I believe it is all about the taking of innocence and the forbiddeness of it all...it is naughty as hell, and I do not think it is just solely for a look. Think about some of the fantasies you have, are they all purely visual? (welll maybe they are I don't know hehe). For me I can say, the visual aspect of a fantasy appeals to me, but it is more about the headspace both people enter, that is what makes the fantasy work, the rest is just icing on the cake to help solidify the desire.
