I can take all of hubby (6 or 7"??) IF I control how and where it goes. I slide him in along the roof of my mouth sorta, don't know how to really explain it. But if he's slamming it straight in I tend to gag a little every once in awhile. Not every time though. Odd I guess but thats me. And I've never had any complaints.
