Don't deprive a hard working cop of a little fun and satisfaction! Just think, cops work odd hours and shifts and have to put up with all kinds of noise when they try to sleep. Hence, they just LOVE telling inconsiderate pricks to shut up when other people are trying to sleep!!

Another point to ponder...most states have a "Problem House" statute on the books. Basically it makes it the landlord's liability to have shitty tenants. Tenants get (X) number of noise complaints and the landlord gets fined. I've had pretty good luck with bringing this up with the landlord and letting them deal with it from that end as well.
