Gilly ~ I must say it's too bad we don't live on the other side of your new neighbors... I'm very non-confrontational but the Mrs however needs quiet to get to sleep and will make no bones about letting people know it. She'd shut 'em down right quick.

While I love the idea of striking back by mowing/playing music/being loud in general when they are trying to sleep I think that could just end up in a war with each side trying to keep the other from sleeping. A call to the police will be much more effective in my opinion.
