The worst neighbours I have are on the right of me in the next building. I never see the parents but the kids are out on the balcony ALL DAY. They get bored and start throwing things on the sidewalk.

I have a feeling their mother leaves them home alone which makes me sad but I also think it's only a matter of time before they throw something that hurts a pedestrian.
