It used to be just clit, but for quite a while now, it's been almost impossible for me to have the gigantic or "major" orgasms w/o g-spot stimulation simultaneously w/clit stimulation. Once the clitoral orgasm is triggered, however, it's the vaginal orgasm that goes on and on and on and on.
