The best thing to do if you are in college is go to either the campus infirmary/clinic or go to a local health clinic. Here in Louisiana you can make an appointment with the health clinic and they will give you a LOAD of condoms and get you a gynecological exam and dispense a prescription for birth control pills. They will also schedule your appointments for STD tests and are negligible cost.
