Laser is different to electrolysis. Electrolysis is permanent, Laser is just very slow to grow back.

Electrolysis works by sending a zap of electricity down the hair and frying the hair follicle. No follicle, no hair growth.
Laser works by..... I'm not sure how laser works. I think it has something to do with William Shatner shouting "Set to shave" and pointing a gun at your pubes. But I could be wrong.

Both usually take several visits that last an hour or so. Consider that electrolysis has to be done hair by hair, it would take a long time for a whole pubic region. And is quite expensive, I've heard.

Be warned that I'm not entirely sure as to the accuracy of what I've just told you. I make no guarantees that's it's right, merely that I THINK it's right!
