I suffer from having first had loving, educated parents, (my Papa' was a Lit Professor. Mama' was one of his students), and now live with two writers, so I am I constantly aware of the silliness of new words.
Metro= mother
Polis= city
Metropolis= " Mother City" the biggest, or most important, the capitol.
Sexual, = about sex or reproduction.
So metro-sexual=
Oh dear.

(By the way, most of the men my own age who use skin care products are too wrapped up in the way they look, even more than me, and that is too much!! I guess that I want men to be men... the belches and "other noises" the bad house keeping, and bad dressing. I do want them to be clean, well -mannered, and good dancers!!)
