The biggest risk involved is losing ALL sensitivity in your clit! BE CAREFUL...and think about this A LOT!!!! I've spent some serious time in "hardware stores" (piercing parlors) and around piercing artists...this is a tricky location, and takes a lot of skill on the part of the piercer. I'd seriously consider the hood before EVER monkey-ing with my hotspot!
