my hubby teases me and calls it my "Tuma" in his worst Ahhhhnorld S. accent. I think it has to do with blood flow. First it is all south and has to travel north fast and hard. It is Vaso Vagel something I think....... Some have passed out. I can get really dizzy... but it is worth it.
