Not that such of these really could be used on me but having used them with anothers, I have found either way has had satisfactory results.
Yet if you substitute the dildo for say a ice cube with a little oral not to mentions using a little vibrator to stimulate the clit/ass the results can be explosive. The trick is not to let the ice cube numb any one area but to just add sensation and the oral part to awake the areas where the ice cube was.
Of course this whole proceedure works only with a willing partner who is very patient, and if done right could take at least an hour or more, but from what I have discovered it is something that is sought after and asked for a lot.
