Justin Wilson was the Cajun chef, had a show on PBS, I think...died recently... he had a colorful way of speaking with a heavy Cajun drawl... if you ever saw Adam Sandler do the "Cajun Man" on SNL, that was about JW sounded. Sorry, I forgot I was playing to an international audience here...
